This one day course is for both informal leaders, people without explicitly assigned leadership roles, and people who are new to people management. Course content includes:
At the end of the course it is expected that you will recognise your leadership role and the role of others, and be able to draw on a range of techniques to develop yourself as a leader.
This will be an interactive assessment without a formal assessment component.
