Airline Fleet Planning Course overview
The course comprises a review of the stages of fleet planning, the challenges of organising a correct process, and the analytical modelling techniques.
Learning objectives include

- How a manufacturer can guide customer thinking
- The art of competitive positioning
- Designing the process of fleet planning
- How to determine aircraft selection criteria
- Building an effective set of ground rules;

You will participate in workshops and case studies to give you ’hands-on’ exposure to realistic fleet planning scenarios.
Network planners will improve knowledge of how the fleet decision relates to network design.
Analysts will understand data sources and methodologies to measure performance and compare aircraft types.
Economists and financiers will compile accurate cost studies and convincing investment appraisals.
Flight operations, engineering and maintenance personnel will appreciate how the aircraft decision impacts their activities.
