Explore City’s buildings and facilities by attending one of our campus tours.
Discover our spaces either in person, or virtually from the comfort of your own home. Why not do both for a taste of what it will be like to study at our central London campus.
In-person tours run every Tuesday and guided online 360 tours run every Thursday.
Whether exploring our student services and lecture theatres or discovering the Students’ Union and eateries, City’s student ambassador led campus tours are a great chance to see all that our campus has to offer.
Our campus tours include:
- A typical lecture theatre
- Library and IT/Computing Services
- Students' Union
- Student Centre and the Careers and Employability service
- Canteens and outlets on site
- Student common rooms and study spaces
- Faith Centre and Chaplaincy.
Please note these are general campus tours and do not include specific departmental visits.
In-person guided tours
Live tour groups will have a limited capacity and prospective applicants will be allowed to bring a maximum of one guest. If you wish to visit a particular School/department or have any course/admissions enquiries please contact the department directly. Live tour groups are led by current students.
Please be aware that our campus tour does not include tours of undergraduate accommodation facilities.
Live guided online 360 tours
These events will give you the opportunity to be led around the campus virtually by a current City student. Alongside the virtual tour, the student will explain their experiences at the University and will answer any questions you may have about the campus or student life generally.
Unguided virtual tours
From the comfort of your own home you can get a flavour of what it is like to be a student at City by exploring our spaces online.
You can check out lecture theatres, the library, cafes and eateries, CitySport and a range of subject specific facilities including health based clinical spaces and labs, engineering labs and workshops, journalism studios and music performance spaces.
