I joined City in September 2019, as a maternity cover for Anna Anikeeva, our permanent Trusts and Foundations Manager. Before my arrival here, I had worked as a Trusts Fundraiser for CLIC Sargent, the UK's leading children's cancer charity.
And during more than a decade spent in fundraising and advancement, I have variously served as: telephone campaigns fundraiser (for King's College London); Development Officer targeting high net worth individuals (at SOAS and Queen Mary University of London); and Senior Trusts Fundraiser (both at CLIC Sargent, and for The Back Up Trust before then).
My role at City involves looking after a significant portfolio of existing trust donors and, where possible, adding to that.
It is my responsibility to make sure that charitable organisations that have pledged to make large grants (in support of teaching, learning and research here at City), are not only happy but also kept reliably informed about the impact that their donations are having on the University.
Furthermore, I am also working on some exciting new projects at the moment, with a view to facilitating the creation of new scholarships and fellowships in emerging academic fields, such as innovative optics and post-stroke therapy (to name but two).
Please do not hesitate to contact me if you are involved with (or know of any) grant making trusts and foundations that might be interested in funding universities, students or research.

For a replacement or duplicate copy of your transcripts, please contact the issuing School. Please note, there may be a charge for each duplicate.
Normally transcripts are prepared within 10 working days from the receipt of the application, but it can be longer during busy periods (especially during exam periods and the start of the autumn term).
For students who graduated prior to 2001 (and especially those pre-1984), it can take much longer as many may only be available as paper records. It is therefore a good idea to order your transcripts as early as possible to ensure they are ready in time for any deadlines.
You can order your replacement online. We aim to post replacement certificates within 10 working days of receipt of your request.
Please note that a charge of £40 applies for a replacement certificate.
Certifying a copy of your certificate
We can authenticate photocopies of certificates for you. Please send us the copies of your certificate (we don't need to see the original) and we will stamp them to confirm that they are true copies of an original document, and sign them on behalf of the Academic Registrar.
Please scan and email in PDF format your original certificate to us at firstname.lastname@example.org, together with your postal address and we will produce and post an authenticated copy for you.
There is no charge for this service and we do not require the original certificate.
Verify Student Qualifications
Third party degree verification
City, University of London has partnered with the Hedd (Higher Education Degree Datacheck) online verification service for all 3rd party degree verification requests for student and alumni verifications.
The online candidate verification service allows registered enquirers to input data provided by applicants (name, date of birth, institution, year of graduation, qualification classification etc).
The system can only be used by 3rd parties. Students can receive a letter confirming their student status via the Student Hub.
