Ian Bower
Ian Bower is an innovative problem solver, with a passion for stretching the boundaries on what is possible and making it happen.
As a Chartered Management Consultant, he brings cross-functional experience and expertise in client-centric advisory and delivery, as well as deep industry knowledge within retail banking and wealth management.
He has a talent in being able to simplify complex problems and technologies into executable strategies and propositions that complement the overall business needs and direction.
His roles have always required an element of lateral thinking and problem solving which lead him to challenge conventional thinking to deliver different results.
He has experience in digital transformation, agile delivery, enterprise, digital and customer strategy, innovation, and product management.
Gadhu Sundaram
Gadhu Sundaram is a technologist passionate about using technology to solve real world issues. He has worked for over 30 years in designing and delivering enterprise scale software systems across a wide range of industries.
During this time, he has taken a range of emerging technologies from research through to production. His recent focus has been on sustainability in IT and Generative AI. He is the co-chair of the community working group at the Green Software Foundation.
Isabella Grandi
Isabella Grandi is a very highly motivated Associate Director with a solid background in Data Management, Data Governance, Data Quality and Data Strategy, with about 15 years of experience working across industry and in teams in international environments to deliver the highest quality of data advice to clients.
She has a strong passion to support clients to help them understand the value of their data and how they can optimize their business goals delivering data capabilities based on strong data foundations and solid frameworks.
Ramya Alavandar-Carun
Ramya Alavandar-Carun is a seasoned professional in the realm of data-driven initiatives, with a rich background in spearheading efforts to modernize businesses through seamless transitions from legacy systems while ensuring data integrity throughout migration processes.
With over 15 years of experience spanning diverse sectors including Media, Education, IT, Service, and Healthcare, she has honed her expertise in client management, project delivery, and meticulous attention to data quality.
Armed with an MBA in Marketing and Human Resource from India, she brings a unique blend of strategic insight and hands-on proficiency to her work.
She has navigated esteemed organizations including The Hindu, Boots Opticians, and NHS, consistently delivering on objectives while adhering to industry standards and best practices.
She has led cross-functional teams to success, adeptly designing, developing, and maintaining robust data ingestion pipelines and visualization solutions. She possesses a keen aptitude for innovation, complex problem-solving, and ensuring end-to-end project success.
Naz Ghader-pour
Naz Ghader-pour is an experienced and dedicated data-driven professional with a robust background in enhancing data pipelines and data analytics solutions, and extensive experience in data center migrations.
With over 15 years of experience across public and private sectors, she boasts a track record of forming and leading high-performing teams to deliver intricate data-driven solutions that align with business requirements.
As a committed AgilePM practitioner, she is results-focused and driven by a deep-seated enthusiasm for harnessing data to drive positive change.
Her skill set encompasses data analysis, machine learning models, cloud platforms, programming languages, and software development methodologies.
In addition, she has a background in delivering computer science modules in further and higher education institutions.
She excels in effectively conveying complex findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that data-driven insights are comprehensible and applicable across various teams.
A passionate advocate for the transformative potential of data, she is motivated by its capacity to enhance lives, mitigate risks, and enable individuals and organizations to make well-informed decisions.
As a female professional in a male-dominated sector, she is committed to advancing diversity and creating opportunities for women to progress in the IT field, particularly in data engineering and analytics.
Beyond her professional endeavors, she is a professional member of the British Computer Society (MBCS). She is the founder of Crack the Code, a training organization dedicated to instructing coding and robotics to young individuals aged between 7 and 15.
Through this initiative, she has supported local schools in integrating coding into their curricula.
Additionally, a few years ago, she had the privilege of serving as a mentor to a group of young girls who participated in IBM’s competition – Girls Who Change the World. Together, they developed an AI prototype, and she takes pride in their victory, securing the first place in the competition.
