The London-based, neurotechnology startup, which has raised $15 million, aims to develop a neurosensing technology that would catalyze a new wave of neuroscience and neurology applications within medical devices.
James will share the various challenges he has faced starting his startup and how he has raised capital from investors, including Saul Klein.

A serial entrepreneur, operator and investor with nearly 30 years experience building and exiting companies in the US, Israel and Europe, Saul is co-founder and Managing Partner. One of the best known figures in European technology, he has a passion for working with seed and early stage founders and investors, and the positive impact that technology can have on society.
Saul is co-founder and Managing Partner of Phoenix Court, home to LocalGlobe, Latitude, Solar and Basecamp venture capital funds.
Most recently Saul co-founded Platoon (acquired by Apple in 2018), Zinc (co-founded with the LSE), Kano and Seedcamp (seed investors in UIPath and Revolut). He was also co-founder and original CEO of LOVEFILM (acquired by Amazon in 2011).
James Dacombe, Founder, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman
James founded CoMind at the age of seventeen, having already developed a strong understanding of software engineering. James was named on the 2022 Forbes 30 under 30 Technology list and awarded a Thiel Fellowship. The Fellowship empowers individuals under 23 years old who have distinguished themselves in business, science or social causes.
