Speaker: Campaigns and Mobilisation Manager, Scope
This presentation is about the cost of living crisis, how it affects disabled people, and what Scope wants to see from government, regulators and businesses in order to better support disabled people through this crisis.
Scope’s campaigns on the cost of living for disabled people are based on their research on extra costs for disabled people and families with a disabled child.
About the speaker
Jess has been working in the disability sector for over 13 years, fighting for disability equality. She’s led campaigns to change government policy, business behaviour, and public attitudes to disabled people at the National Autistic Society, Guide Dogs and now leads Scope’s campaigns’ function.
