9th Annual School of Health & Psychological Sciences Doctoral conference

The school of Health Sciences & Psychological Sciences in collaboration with the Doctoral College is hosting the 9^th Annual SHPS Doctoral conference scheduled to take place on 22^nd June 2023 09:30 to 16:30 with a reception organised by the Doctoral College to follow.

Open to all students and staff, this in-person conference will showcase the wide range of research from MPhil, DPsych and PhD students currently being undertaken in the school and will enable you to learn about the work and experiences of other doctoral researchers.

This is also an excellent opportunity to network with school staff and doctoral researchers from within your own department and across departments and even schools.

The conference will include both oral and datablitz (lightning) presentations as well as posters across a variety of topics and methodologies which will help you gain insights to improve your knowledge base and research practices. This year the Grand Final of the 3MT – 3 Minute Thesis – a competition open to all PGRs at City, will take place as part of this conference. The winner will be invited to represent City at the UK 3MT National Semi-Finals, hosted by Vitae. Click here for further information.
