Daniel Finkelstein is a British journalist, opinion writer, Conservative peer, and a director of the Chelsea Football Club. A former executive editor of The Times, Daniel has been Political Columnist of the Year four times. He is the author of the critically-acclaimed memoir, ‘Hitler, Stalin, Mum and Dad: A Family Memoir of Miraculous Survival’.
In this informal event, Daniel will be in conversation with his brother, Professor Sir Anthony Finkelstein –the President of City, University of London, a Professor of Software Systems Engineering, and the former Chief Scientific Adviser for National Security.
In this wide-ranging conversation, the two will discuss the role and legacy of family, journalism and storytelling, and their experiences of leadership and public life in the UK.
