Dr Doğan Gültutan, LLB, LLM and PhD (City) will provide “A snapshot of the working life of an arbitration practitioner”. This will be of interest to all who want to practice commercial law.
Doğan is an international arbitration lawyer currently in full time practice, whilst maintaining a hand in academia. He is a Senior Associate in Baker McKenzie (London)’s Dispute Resolution team.
Doğan is an English solicitor and barrister and an Attorney (Turkey (2013). Doğan's PhD thesis (entitled “Moral Damages under International Investment Law: The Path Towards Convergence”) was recently published by Wolters Kluwer’s International Arbitration Law Library.
