Omotola Ariyo, LLB, LLM (LSE) will talk about "Implications of Non-Standard Over the Counter Derivative Contracts" and focus on four themes in the systemically important OTC derivative markets.
This talk will be of interest to those doing Banking and Finance, Corporate Finance and Commercial Litigation.
Omotola is a PhD Candidate in Financial Law and teaches Corporate, Contract and Tort Law at the LSE. His research interests are in the interaction between law and financial markets, with a focus on OTC derivatives and structured products.
As an Associate in the Fixed Income, Currencies and Commodities division at Morgan Stanley and as an Analyst in the Legal Department at Goldman Sachs he advised on the negotiation, risk management and execution of OTC derivatives and structured product transactions.
