This seminar will explore the social, economic and health inequalities experienced by people with learning disabilities in the UK, and how the COVID-19 pandemic has made these inequalities worse.
This overview will include information on education, social care and health services, health inequalities (including mortality) before and during COVID-19, and interim findings from an ongoing UK research project about the experiences of people with learning disabilities through the pandemic.
