What do you teach and what are the benefits of your class?

I teach Rocket Yoga. This is a perfect class if you are seeking more advanced poses (asana) and a more dynamic practice. It is a fast paced dynamic yoga practice but it is open to any levels as I give variations and modifications to each asana. It is definitely one of the most powerful styles of yoga and beneficial if you are wanting to improve strength, lower body fat levels and increase your flexibility. You will feel more energized and much calmer afterwards.

What is your favourite motivational quote?

What is your favourite meal of the day and what it is?

Breakfast. A good quality soya latte, a Saori special salad of avocado, spinach, tomato, cucumber, kale, roasted seeds and nuts and seaweed with sweet balsamic dressing.

What is your favourite relaxation music track?

Light by Dr Toast or Enter one by Sol Seppy.
