What do you teach and what are the benefits of your class?
I teach Strength & Tone every Monday at 12:15pm. You can expect different exercises every week to target the whole body. We burn calories and strengthen our bodies to make them injury free, with lean muscle and great posture. You will also feel great after a sweaty and successful workout and can enjoy post-class lunch without guilt.
