How did you get involved in the health and fitness industry?
I first got involved in the fitness industry at school when I passed my level 3 Personal Trainer certification. I then started working with my strength and conditioning coach training national and international level athletes.

Strength and conditioning and performance training.
How many days do you workout?
5 days per week.
How do you stay motivated?
I stay motivated by beating my personal best scores and times when I complete WOD’s (Workouts of the Day).
What is your favourite training session and why?
I enjoy Olympic lifting as it requires full body strength. You can target all areas of the body and it uses a great deal of technique that can continue to be improved.
What is your favourite indulgence?
It has to be chocolate digestives. I try to stay away from them but if I start eating one I will finish the packet.
