Vinyasa flow yoga imparts a sense of ease and self-confidence through challenging physical sequences that help explore the edges of body and mind. By finding stillness and tranquillity during a class, we can lighten up the rest of our lives.

What is your avourite meal of the day and what it is?

Breakfast with porridge, full of whatever healthy extras can fit, like honey, cinnamon, turmeric, chia seed, hemp and barleygrass, etc.
