Built infrastructure makes our world go around, but how can we optimise it? - Data Bites Seminar
Research Centre: Research Centre for Machine Learning
Speaker: William Needham and Quy Vu (Mot MacDonald)
Abstract:
In this talk, Will and Quy will be presenting about how Mott MacDonald is applying data science to some of the world’s most challenging societal, environmental, and engineering problems. How can we create the world’s most liveable city? Can we predict how much energy the city of Abu Dhabi will use over the next 10 years? How can we optimise the health and wellbeing of building occupants through IoT and real-time analytics? The Smart Infrastructure team (internal start-up) at Mott MacDonald brings together brightest mind from the fields of computer science, engineering & economics and we’re always looking to grow, please see our website for the latest opportunities: https://www.smartinfrastructure.com/join-us
