With many experts reporting that the UK financial sector has entered a stage of recovery many questions have arisen regarding how the sector will cope with a new regulatory environment. Are new regulations for the financial sector sufficient to prevent another recession without curtailing growth? How can regulators as well as industry leaders ensure that the sector’s recovery continues as planned and what are the compliance challenges ahead?
