PhD Students - Networking Event: South East Europe and beyond

Organized by the BISA South East Europe Working Group

Supported by The British International Studies Association (BISA), and
The Centre for International Policy Studies (CIPS), City University London

This event brings together PhD Students working on issues related to South East Europe and beyond.  The aim of the event is to: (1) allow emerging scholars to network and meet others in a similar field, or  those working on different themes/fields but with a general interest in South East Europe, thus establishing possible collaborative links for the future and (2) bring together PhD students and established academics, also for the purposes of networking and ideas exchange.

The event also integrates a session on academic writing and publishing, which will be presented by established academics.

Who can attend? Open to all PhD students (current, or recent graduates) and early career researchers working or interested on issues of Southeastern Europe (including Greece, Turkey and Cyprus.)

A limited number of travel bursaries are available for PhD students/unwaged travelling from outside London. Please indicate in your email if you’d like to be considered for this.

Further information can be found via the BISA South East Europe Working Group website
