Students as Partners in Learning?
The theme for the conference is 'Students as Partners in Learning?'. Staff and students will be sharing their practice, innovation and research in this area. We anticipate that this topical theme will provide excellent opportunities for discussion and debate during the conference.
Keynote Speech - Students as partners in learning: unlocking best practice
The Keynote speech will be given by Dr Jenny Hill, Associate Professor of Teaching and Learning at The University of the West Of England and Rhiannon Jenkins, a second year undergraduate studying Geography and Environmental Management at UWE.
During the conference there will be an opportunity to participate in workshops and to attend papers on the exciting partnerships taking place between staff and students both at City University and in the wider HE sector.
Posters will be available for participants to view throughout the conference. There will be a chance to discuss the posters with colleagues during the drinks reception at the end of the day. After the conference we will place photographs of posters on the City University website.
This conference is FREE and is open to delegates from City University London and external institutions. Register using the 'Sign Up' button above.
