Reapply for next year

Any student who has completed their first year of studies at City, University of London or has previously stayed in City nominated halls will be classified as a continuing student in future years - this applies to undergraduate, postgraduate and research students. Continuing students are generally expected to find their own accommodation in London, however you may still apply for the limited number of rooms made available to returning students in Alliance House.

When allocating continuing students to halls, priority will be given to students with a disability or severe medical condition. Remaining rooms will be offered out in line with the date and time on which your accommodation application was received by the Accommodation team. Students with severe disciplinary warnings from a previous stay in halls will not be considered for accommodation in future years.

Applications for the 2017/18 academic year will open at 10am on Wednesday 1st March 2017 and will close at 5pm on Friday 14th April 2017. Find further information on making an application.

All continuing student applicants who are unsuccessful in securing a room will be placed on a waiting list and be considered for any future vacancies that may arise through cancellations. These applicants will be contacted by the Accommodation Team.
