The Chaplaincy at City, University of London offers support to, people from every faith, belief and culture and is provided to all members of City
City, University of London has a wonderfully diverse student body with people studying from all parts of the world. Many are religious and find opportunities to practice their faith alongside their studies. The Chaplaincy team supports people from every faith, belief and culture and is provided to all members of the City community.
The team comprises the Coordinating Chaplain, Reverend Ian Worsfold; the University Imam, Sheikh Musa Admani; and five Honorary Chaplains – Reverend David Allen, Reverend Andrew Baughen, Rabbi Gavin Broder, Sister Anabel Gonzalez and Father Gregory Wellington. In addition, Mr Simon O’Donoghue from Humanist UK is on hand to provide non-religious pastoral care.
Our multi-faith team has a diverse role to play in the life of City – from offering a listening ear, to providing advice on religious observance, to ceremonial duties.
The Chaplaincy team can provide information on local places of worship and sources of advice from religious leaders.
