Overview
The Stelios Scholarships were established in 2006 by Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou through the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation and is given in honour of academic excellence, demonstration of financial need, and promise of continued growth.
The Business School (formerly Cass) alumnus Sir Stelios Haji-Ioannou is the Chairman of easyGroup and is most famous for founding easyJet at the age of 28. He graduated from the Business School with an MSc in Shipping, Trade and Finance in 1988. His foundation, the Stelios Philanthropic Foundation is committed to dynamic philanthropy: making a positive, exponential difference through funding, inspiring and advising educational, entrepreneurial and environmental initiatives.

Criteria
Eligible courses: All finance and entrepreneurship related courses (full-time).
Geographical requirements: Must be a permanent resident of the EU or UK
Academic requirements: Must be able to demonstrate academic excellence.
Financial need: Must be able to demonstrate financial need.
