International Criminal Law 2– Crimes and Actors

This module presents and critically analyses the substantive aspects of international criminal law. Throughout the course students will familiarise themselves with the substantive law of international crimes and the liability of perpetrators, as these have been developed by states and international institutions.

The module aims to develop deep knowledge and critical understanding on the development, content and future of substantive criminal law and the role of the actors involved (states, institutions and non-state actors).
