Short & day courses & bespoke training – City Health

City Health is based within the School of Health Sciences at City, University of London. City Health is an innovative social enterprise that delivers short courses, study days, specialist and bespoke training to practitioners working in the NHS, private and care sectors. Our training is delivered by lecturers at the School of Health Sciences, with all profits reinvested in research and education to promote excellence and improve outcomes for health services users.

We are based in a superb central London location and supported by state-of-the-art facilities. We have access to the latest research in applied Health Sciences, Management and Policy. This means we are able to introduce newly developed techniques and findings into current teaching as they happen.

Generally, our courses are half or full day to make them as accessible as possible. Areas covered are nursing, midwifery, radiography, optometry, speech and language sciences, health management, health policy, public health, change and project management and action learning in a care environment. In addition to our published courses and updates, we also create and deliver bespoke training and consultancy. Courses are mainly delivered at City campuses in central London, but can also be offered at your work place.

The pedigree of the School of Health Sciences is second to none when it comes to the education, training and development of health and social care professionals and has a worldwide reputation for excellence, with many educational 'firsts' to its name.
