Postgraduate taught degrees

For decades, Bayes Business School (formerly Cass) at City, University of London has been leading non-profit management education and research. We offer five master's degrees, a range of professional development programmes for charity and NGO professionals, and we are home to two dedicated charity research centres.

Targeted toward the senior managers and nonprofit leaders of the future, this unique suite of master's degrees and professional development programmes provide deep insights and learning across specialist disciplines, with full understanding of the management and leadership competencies necessary to equip you to meet the challenge of leading effectively in the contemporary nonprofit environment.

Established over 30 years ago the Centre for Charity Effectiveness at Bayes Business School leads in the nonprofit and philanthropy sector in the UK. ETHOS: The Centre for Responsible Enterprise is a leading centre responsible enterprise with a focus on responsibility, sustainability, and governance.

You’ll join one of the largest groups of charity learners in Europe on your chosen charity programme in London. Explore all aspects of charity management, including governance, marketing, fundraising and finance. Build a peer network to support you in your future work.

Your charities master's will increase your employability and give you greater flexibility in your future career. You could move into a more senior or leadership role in your current organisation. Or use your charities degree to find a new position in a different organisation. Our charities graduates have also become consultants and advisors, and taken the step from commercial to not-for-profit.

Located in the heart of London’s vibrant financial district and on the doorstep of Tech City.
Our Business Library is based on the first floor of Bunhill Row. The library primarily supports postgraduate students while undergraduate collections are based at the Northampton Square Library.
As part of the University of London, City students have access to Senate House Library.
The Business School based in Bunhill row is a state-of-the-art facility for our business master's students.
