Study at City

UCAS Exhibitions

Each year our Undergraduate Marketing and Recruitment team represents City at a variety of UCAS Exhibitions between March and July across the UK.

These events are an excellent way for students to meet and receive advice from representatives from across City. They also provide an opportunity to collect information about all our degree courses, our halls of residence, the scholarships and funding available and gain some insight into what life as a student will be like at City.

You may find the questions below useful when preparing to attend a UCAS Exhibition.

Important questions to consider when choosing a university:

  • What is the reputation of the university?
  • Is it a city or campus based institution?
  • What are the living cost implications?
  • What types of facilities are available?
  • Do they offer bursaries and scholarships?
  • Is there an active sports department and student life?

Important questions to consider when choosing a course:

  • What subjects are you interested in?
  • What are the entry requirements?
  • How will the course be taught?
  • Are there placement options available?
  • Are there study abroad options available?
  • What is the course content?
  • What facilities does the department have?
  • Will there be interviews and further assessments involved?
