About the School

The School of Engineering and Mathematical Sciences has a strong portfolio of postgraduate Masters courses in advanced areas of engineering, particularly structural engineering, mechanical engineering, automotive engineering, telecommunications and networks, systems and control, biomedical technologies, project management and finance and risk.
Several of the Masters courses in the School are oriented towards the management of technology-based industries (air transport, energy and maritime operations). Construction management is taught in conjunction with Cass Business School.
