  • Educational technology guidance & support

You can request technical support through ServiceNow and access guidance on our dedicated EdTech website.

We recognise that staff and students appreciate support and guidance when using unfamiliar technologies, when exploring available options, or looking for advice or inspiration on what is available.

    Self-service guidance

Staff can access a wealth of practical information and inspiration from our guidance website. This website includes practical step-by-step guides documenting the common uses of all of City’s core educational technologies, and a range of information to help you design and create technology-enhanced learning activities.

We also have a smaller range of guidance for students. Staff can suggest ideas for student guidance which would be useful for their teaching activities on Service Now.

    Educational Technology Workshops

These workshops are intended as basic introductions to key aspects of using technology to support teaching and learning. We have a range of face-to-face or online sessions available which you can attend.
