Student Centre

Welcome to the award-winning* Student Centre at City, University of London.

Our Student Centre staff is dedicated to supporting your endeavors and ensuring your success at City, University of London. Our team acts as your first port of call to receive friendly, professional and efficient advice and guidance.

All the Student Advisers have been assessed for their emotional intelligence levels and we have invested in the development of our team's customer service skills so that they each have gained an individual qualification from the Institute of Customer Service.

When you visit us in person, you can meet with the dedicated Accommodation Co-Ordinators, who can assist you with organising a visit to a hall of residence. Our Financial Support team are based here and can advise on the best ways to budget during your studies. Finally you can meet with one of our International Student Advisers in one of our dedicated consultation rooms for immigration and visa advice.

If you have questions about life at City, University of London, the Student Centre is here to help. Talk to us about anything from finding a place to live and dealing with money problems to getting medical advice.

In 2010, and again in 2013, we were awarded ICS 'ServiceMark' accreditation in recognition of excellent service delivery to students. In 2011 we were winners in the Times Higher Education Leadership & Management Awards in the category of Outstanding Student Services Team.
