Course overview

Are you responsible for leading change, or involved in delivering change working in a team? This practical module will challenge you to think deeply and critically about what’s really entailed in delivering successful innovation and change projects. If you want to lead change, or be a more proactive team player this module takes you through key insights into stages of change and the tasks and challenges that come with each stage from the perspectives of the leader, the committed team member, and how to manage individual and personal agendas that get in the way of the best change plans. Change is not easy. With an effective plan you can maximize the prospects for innovating with new service developments. The module allows you to get ahead by preparing a change plan for a new innovation in your workplace.
