Course overview

This module aims to further develop the leadership and management competencies of qualified health and social care professionals.

Through this module you will critically analyse the principles of project management and the theories that explain the leadership phenomenon.

The focus of the module is implementing service improvements and you will have the opportunity to apply module content to planning your own practice development; such as the development of a breast feeding café, a central venous access device clinic or a text your school nurse messaging service.
