Our project management short course covers the essential knowledge, skills and techniques required to successfully complete any project, large or small - from initial planning through to implementing, overseeing and evaluating projects.
This part-time project management training course will be delivered by an expert industry project manager in just 10 weeks in a virtual setting.
You’ll be guided through all elements of the project planning process, including setting up project aims and objectives, budgeting and timescales, implementations and completion.
As part of the course, you’ll consider a variety of useful project planning tools, including risk analysis and management. You’ll also discuss the role of a project manager and project team.
