German Beginners Part 2 Course overview
Do you already know ein bisschen Deutsch? Can you introduce yourself in German, talk about your family, use numbers and tell the time?
In part 2, you’ll expand your vocabulary to explore topics, including shopping, booking accommodation, and expressing your likes and dislikes. You’ll be introduced to new grammar too, like the use of measurement nouns and modal verbs.
Over 10 evenings, our qualified and native German tutors will use a mixture of group work, exercises and interactive games to help you practise and improve your listening, speaking and writing skills.
This course is the second in three German Beginners modules, ideal if you have enough knowledge to skip the very basics.
Who is it for?
You’ll need to have studied German for around 20 hours to enrol on this course. You should have completed part 1 of the beginners syllabus or studied a little German elsewhere. See the eligibility section for more information.
