Being able to coach yourself and others is essential to being an effective employee and manager and is even more relevant due to the pandemic.
Coaching is a way of communicating that unlocks potential. It creates equitable relationships where individuals are empowered to learn, connect and succeed with each other. The most effective managers and employees actively employ coaching skills.
Those who choose to attend this course recognise that knowing how to coach is critical for their career advancement. They see coaching as a critical skillset in working with and managing others. Some have gone on to become professional coaches and most have implemented coaching into their everyday.
This highly interactive course covers the foundations for becoming an effective coach including building relationships, structuring a coaching session and the key skills. Participants will engage in group discussions, activities and coaching pairs and trios. Each session will be delivered by one of two highly skilled coaches to provide diversity for participants’ learning.
