During the course, you will have the opportunity to discuss a range of theories and behavioural models such as emotional intelligence, transactional analysis and conflict management, as well as explore the impact on your own day-to-day behaviour and interactions with others.
We’ll cover techniques for handling our own responses
more effectively, and there will be opportunities for reflection and skills practice throughout the day.

By the end of the day, you’ll have had the opportunity to reflect on challenging interactions with others. Through this reflection, you will learn tips and tools which can help you plan for, and manage challenging conversations more effectively in the future so that you feel calmer and more confident.
