How did you get involved in the health and fitness industry?
I completed a degree at the University of Essex in Sports and Exercise Science and jumped into the fitness industry head first and haven’t looked back since.
What is your specialist area?
HIIT and strength and conditioning.
How many days do you workout?
I train 3 to 4 days a week in the gym and am a recreational cyclist, so I am active most days of the week.
How do you stay motivated?
I stay motivated by changing my workout programme every 6 to 12 weeks.
What is your favourite training session and why?
I like training legs because they respond best to training and I feel like I can really batter them during sessions.
What is your favourite indulgence?
Cheesecake, rum and red wine, all in moderation of course.
