Support Officer (Internationalisation)
Naomi holds a BSc in Biomedical Science and MSc. in Science, Media and Communication from Cardiff University. She began her Higher Education career in Germany in 2011 as an intern for Charité Universitätsmedizin Berlin, also providing administrative and media support for the World Health Summit's organising office. On return to the UK, she took up post as Education Programmes Assistant at Royal College of Surgeons of England, organising surgical training courses and events for newly qualified postgraduates and established consultants.
Following this Naomi went on to organise medical education projects for healthcare professionals at Sciterion Medical Communications agency. In 2015, she returned to Higher Education to administer and deliver online postgraduate programmes with the Dental Institute at King’s College London and was then promoted to the Department of Biostatistics to work with the Head of Department
Naomi has also worked at the commercial arm of Millfield School and was an eligibility reviewer for the Chevening Scholarships Secretariat.
Naomi joined City in July 2018 on a part-time basis and provides high level administrative support to the Academic Director, Internationalisation.
Naomi is also a UK trained ballet teacher and in 2018 she established Pas de Cheval Classes teaching ballet to both children and adults.
