How did you get involved in the health and fitness industry?
I have always had a passion for sport and exercise from a young age and have represented my school and college at cricket, badminton and volleyball. I have worked in the fitness industry for seven years.
What is your specialist area?
Exercise and disability as well as strength training.
How many days do you workout?
I work out 4 times a week, with 2 sessions in the gym and the other 2 playing badminton.
How do you stay motivated?
I stay motivated by knowing the more I train, the better I will feel both physical and mentally. I enjoy incorporating body weight training as I like the natural aspect of the training.
What is your favourite indulgence?
My favourite indulgence has to be chocolate mini rolls although my wife’s cooking can be an indulgence too.
What is your favourite music track to workout to?
I enjoy listening to R’N’B music whilst working out.
