Dr Mersadi Tabari works on international economic law, international and transnational dispute resolution and energy law. His primary research area is international economic law and sustainable development broadly defined. Nima is the module leader of four LLM modules at City namely, Energy: Sustainability & Security, International & Transnational Aspects of Energy Law (distance learning), Low Carbon Energy: Law & Policy, and Energy Disputes.

Prior to joining the City Law School in 2017, he has taught International Commercial Arbitration, International Corporate Law, International Oil and Gas Law, International Investment Law, WTO Law, International Commercial Law and International Mooting at various institutions in UK and abroad including King’s College London, SOAS and Swansea University. Nima is interested in utilising mooting in legal education and has served as director, case author, judge, arbitrator and coach in many international mooting competitions including Vis, Jessup, FDI, IMLAM, HSF Competition Law and Telders Moots.
