About

Overview

Dr Mersadi-Tabari is broadly interested in international economic law, international and transnational dispute resolution and energy law.

Nima has taught International Commercial Arbitration, International Corporate Law, International Oil and Gas Law, International Investment Law, WTO Law, International Commercial Law and International Mooting at King’s College London, SOAS and Swansea University prior to joining the City Law School in 2017. He is interested in utilizing mooting in legal education and has served as organizer, case author, judge, arbitrator and coach in many international mooting competitions including Vis, Jessup, FDI, IMLAM, HSF Competition Law and Telders Moots.
