Lynne Townley honoured at House of Lords

The law lecturer has been recognised for her legal work against forced marriage and as a member of the Association of Women Barristers.

On 5th July 2017, City Law School law lecturer, Lynne Townley, received an award at the House of Lords for outstanding achievement from the International Imam Hussain Council, during the Syeda Fatima Interfaith Conference.

Lynne was honoured for her work in the area of forced marriage, and as a member of the Association of Women Barristers.
