“The situation in Iran is deeply disturbing and now appears to have spread to university campuses. Our thoughts go out to all those affected by the current unrest and those suffering violence, injustice, and oppression.
“Our Iranian students, faculty and research collaborators - particularly those who are women - and their academic accomplishments are a source of pride for all of us. For those Iranian students studying at City, we have a range of support services available, and we are currently responding to those students in need of support. We will continue to keep the situation under close review and will seek to support affected students in any way we can.”
