The Full-time MBA and Global MBA classes of 2022 have begun their journey at Bayes Business School (formerly Cass).

The Full-time MBA international cohort features professionals from 26 countries, with an average of five years’ work experience behind them already.

Notably, this is the first Full-time MBA cohort with more than 50 per cent female participation and the first to welcome a Luxembourger.

One in five of the new cohort work in the finance sector, and there is additional representation from IT/telecoms (12 per cent), retail/fast-moving consumer goods (ten per cent), plus the sectors of consulting, engineering/manufacturing, pharma/healthcare, real estate, professional services, education/not for profit, hospitality/tourism, marketing/PR, media, legal and supply chain.

Professionals this intake include a tea and wine merchant, a founder of a Dubai-based marketing company, a travel vlogger, a professional dancer, a professional footballer, an award-winning photographer, an Intelligence Officer in the Hellenic Military, a trained Pharmacist and creative writers and published authors.

The September Online Global MBA cohort has 18 different nationalities, including a first from Zimbabwe, boasting an average of 11 years’ work experience.

The industries represented in the class including consulting (36 per cent), engineering/ manufacturing, finance, IT/ telecoms and legal (all 11 per cent), and education/ not-for-profit, energy, media and pharma/ healthcare.

While 44 per cent of the online class are based in the UK, other locations include Shanghai, Milan, Karachi, Riyadh and Abu Dhabi.
