Bayes Business School graduates earn more on average than graduates from any other university in the UK, five years after completing their studies.

The new data, from job advertising agency Adzuna, found that Bayes graduates earned, on average, £52,167 five years after they graduated.

Bayes finished at the top of the university leaderboard, ahead of Imperial College, University College London, the University of Oxford and the University of Cambridge.

Findings, which are based on an analysis of over 120,000 UK jobseeker CVs uploaded to Adzuna’s ValueMyCV between 2019 and 2022, found that the average graduate salaries jumped to its highest in six years, from rates of £24,389 in 2021 to £26,076 in 2022, a rise of seven per cent.

Professor Andre Spicer, Dean of Bayes Business School, said:At Bayes, we pride ourselves on teaching the business leaders of the future. Our unique place in the heart of the City of London means our students are well placed to develop bonds with business leaders during their studies and join influential and change-making companies after they graduate.”

Dr Sionade Robinson, Vice-President of Enterprise, Engagement & Employability at City, University of London, added: “This is a really pleasing outcome for Bayes’ students which illustrates how the School’s focus on providing skills for business, practice and the professions can pay off.

“Excellent faculty teaching and research and employability expertise in professional services have each contributed to graduate development; meaning they are best placed to achieve great results for their employers and be recognised for the value and impact they’re delivering.”
