This taster seminar looks at Social Media Marketing.
Social Media and it's uses is taught across our Postgraduate Media and Communications programmes.
Here, we look at social media marketing strategies and applications and how this is used within digital campaigns and management.
We aim for our students to explore digital channels and technologies to support overall marketing strategies and campaigns: covering everything from customer relationship management, market and user analysis and planning and designing social media campaigns.
This session will be delivered by Troy Chen, a Senior Lecturer in the Department of Media, Culture and Creative Industries at City University of London.
He is a specialist in: digital and promotional media, fandom, creative industries, music, copyright.
This session is open to anyone and everyone but is especially designed to give participants a taster of what studying MA Media and Communications or MA International Communications and Development is at City, University of London is like.
