This online event seeks to understand new approaches to studying apps and intimacy. It draws from the expertise and practical knowledge of scholars looking at the meaning of intimacy in the digital realm.
The event hopes to benefit and inspire fellow researchers through exchanging notes and experience on methods, analysis, and digital sociology.
This session will be split between 15-minute presentations from the speakers, and an interactive session with audience Q&A and speakers in conversion.
Speakers:
- Professor Deborah Lupton (UNSW Sydney)
- Professor Ben Light (Salford)
- Dr. Michael Dieter (Warwick)
- Jason Chao (Siegen).
