A Short Taster Session for the MAs in Publishing, International Publishing & Creative Writing & Publishing.
Overview
Dr Patrick Brindle will be leading a short taster class on the question of 'What Makes a bestseller?'. The session is open to anyone interested in applying for any of the Publishing Studies MAs at City, University of London. In the class, Patrick will look at the - sometimes surprising - factors that help some books sell millions of copies while others do not.
There will be an opportunity at the end of the session to ask Patrick questions about the different Publishing MA programmes at City.
N.B. this event is scheduled to take place online through the Zoom platform and all timings mentioned refer to UK time.
