Jiff Bayliss has been a Clerkenwell and Islington qualified Guide for 6 years. He guides in Islington, Camden, Westminster and north of the City of London. He has also been commissioned outside London and has led tours of the WWI battlefields in Flanders and Somme. As well as describing the attributes of different localities, he also undertakes themed walks on subjects as varied as death management in the 2nd. Millennium, Arsenal’s time in Islington and the home front in WWI.
Nick Baylis has lectured on the Science of Well-being at Cambridge University for eight years, collaborating closely with schools and universities to help ensure the overall well-being of students and staff. Her most recent book, 'Silly Us', is a comic look at relationships and why we all need each other so much.

Dr Paul Flaxman is a lecturer and researcher in the psychology department at City, University of London. Paul’s research focuses on understanding and improving well-being in the workplace. For the past two decades, Paul has helped to adapt and evaluate training interventions for staff in a range of settings. Paul’s training courses have been delivered to staff in around 30 NHS trusts, and has also been utilized by schools, performing arts companies, charities, and in local and central government organisations.

Blessing Isreal-Theophillus is a Business Systems Trainer at City, University of London, and has worked at City for over eight years. She is a passionate trainer with excellent feedback, delivering training to City staff on the use of university business systems. They also advise staff on which systems are suitable for their purposes and work with project teams on the implementation of new IT systems to ensure that suitable training is developed and delivered when needed.

Dr Poonam Madar is a writer and sociologist with a background in research, visual culture, and the sociology of emotions. Poonam’s research interests and expertise include the use of visual methods to explore themes of identity, culture, difference, and belonging. She is an Honorary Research Fellow at City, University of London, and is currently working on a number of forthcoming publications. Following a successful crowdfunding campaign, Poonam designed and delivered the May 2022 Ealing Writing Trail.
