His approach integrates research and insights from multiple fields and weaves them into creative workshops, coaching and bespoke solutions. Solution-focused techniques, Living Systems approaches and storytelling underpin much of what he does.

She is an award-winning Trainer and Leader with several years of experience working in the STEM sector. Mike Roarty, Strength Focused Leadership Mike Roarty is a very experienced leadership coach, team coach and trainer. He regularly works in leadership development programmes in the private public and voluntary sectors, and has worked with a number of universities. A focus on building strengths is at the heart of everything that Mike does.
He designs and runs a variety of workshops around communication, presenting, and personal effectiveness. With their company being an approved ILM Centre to deliver the ILM Level 5 Certificate in Coaching & Mentoring, they train and supervise coaches and mentors to gain their qualification.
Victoria Schermuly
Victoria has had a meditation practice for 30 years, it has been woven throughout the years into her life, whilst running Workplace Healthcare Ltd. As well as practicing yoga and studying yogic knowledge she has trained as a Starchild Children’s yoga teacher, has taken courses in mindfulness and meditation and wants to share her daily practice and insights on the power of the breath and mantra to regulate our nervous system and stay focused during times of turmoil.
Gordon Tinline
Gordon is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the BPS and Registered Practitioner Psychologist with the HCPC. He is an experienced practitioner with broad experience in the field, and has particular strengths in the areas of Psychological Wellbeing and Resilience; Leadership Development; Assessment and Selection. As well as holding masters level qualifications in business psychology he also has a MBA from Warwick Business School.
Magdalena Wronska
Magdalena is an engaging and knowledgeable speaker and facilitator. Her special interest is in the optimum nutrition and lifestyle approaches to mental health and stress, in particular in the context of working life. Magdalena has led workshops and presentations to a wide range of audiences in the workplace and is also a nutrition lecturer at various academic institutions and her passion for research has led her to undertake a PhD researching the impact of Employee Wellbeing & Nutrition Programmes with the University of Salford. Previously she completed an MSc in Personalised Nutrition as well as in Commodity Sciences. Magdalena is also a qualified NLP practitioner.
