Bio
Dr. John Davenport is an early career researcher, holding a MSci in Physics and an MSc in Photonics from Imperial Collage London and a PhD in Engineering Photonics from Cranfield University. He currently holds a research associate position in Biomedical Engineering at City University London. His research to date focuses on spectroscopic detection and analysis of gases in complex environments such as industrial buildings or the human body, specifically on sensitivity and specificity optimization.
